# SociFlow

> SociFlow is an independent, founder-led advisory practice for stadia, arenas and live venues, based in Bath, UK, working across the UK and EMEA. Its tagline is "Socio-technical by nature". It designs the commercial and operational architecture that turns separate venue systems, suppliers and teams into one connected venue.

## Core thesis

- "AI does not fix fragmentation. It inherits it." Ticketing, access control, food and beverage, and fan engagement are usually bought, run and funded separately, with no shared fan identity or real-time venue state. Adding AI on top scales that fragmentation rather than resolving it.
- The fix is structural, not technical: shared data foundations, aligned commercial incentives, and an operating model the venue can run.
- A venue is a socio-technical system: technology, the people who operate it, the partners who deliver it and the commercial model that funds it succeed or fail together.

## What SociFlow does

- Commercial architecture: sponsor-funded technology models, delivery partner structures with engineering consultancies and integrators, and board-level commercial cases.
- Connected venue infrastructure: unified fan identity and shared data foundations across ticketing, access, retail and engagement systems.
- Human flow and operations: flow modelling using Socio-Human Fluid Dynamics (SHFD), digital twins, and operating models designed for venue teams.
